There is no quick way to pop your legs. This takes lots of exercise and stretching to be able to do this or you can get a very serious injury in your groin muscles, hip joints, or achilles tendons.

there is not any speedy way. in case you attempt this you'll injury your self completely and could by no skill have the skill to do a chop up. Are you working in this wide-unfold, various circumstances an afternoon? you would be able to desire to have the skill to take discomfort.

You really don't want to "pop" your hips. you could seriously injure yourself. just keep stretching and excercising. its slower but the best way.
