Mars's ice caps are melting, and Jupiter is developing a second giant red spot, an enormous hurricane-like storm.
The existing Great Red Spot is 300 years old and twice the size of Earth. The new storm -- Red Spot Jr. -- is thought to be the result of a sudden warming on our solar system's largest planet. Dr. Imke de Pater of Berkeley University says some parts of Jupiter are now as much as six degrees Celsius warmer than just a few years ago.

You are actually asking three different question. However, the new Church of Global Warming (CGW) requires that you ignore that and simply accept the force-fed doctrine.

1) Is there global warming - ie is the average temperature of the earth increasing?
2) Assuming yes, is it short or long term?
3) Again, assuming yes, are human carbon emissions driving it?

1) There is no consensus on that. However, even the worst doomsayers are claiming a "catastrophe" of a few degrees over a century.
2) There have been cycles ever since weather began. The CGW wants you to ignore the fact that there have been warmings and coolings over the millenia long before industrialization, including a little thing called "The Ice Age".
3) Most climatologists will tell you there has never been a link between CO2 and climate.

CGW is simply a massive power and money grab by the the bureaucrats of the world. And after trillions of dollars have changed hands, and entire economies have been destroyed - the climate will still do what it is going to do.

Look, I am all for cutting pollution - but it should be to give us cleaner air to breathe and cleaner water to drink. I have no idea why that is not a good enough goal. And have you noticed that the high priests of CGW are among the worlds biggest energy consumers?

I'm saying this now before they start arresting people for heresy.

Rather ironic for the zealots of the new true religion of corporatism to complain that others have a new religion, too.

Consider this: 99.999999% of the energy man has ever generated has been generated in the last century, and the amount generated increases exponentially on a daily basis.

Consider this: energy needs to bleed off gradually into space, and can only do so at a given rate of loss.

Consider this: we are producing so much that our planet glows in the dark, and it is impossible to see the Milky Way in our urban centers.

Perhaps you should consider what your eligion means. Endless growth will burst the bubble, and we will all drown in our enclosed environment, just like yeast in a carboy.

Fat, happy, and up to our necks in our own excrement.

Oh it's real...scientists and experts have compiled enough evidence to prove it...but there are alot of ignorant people out there that choose not to believe it. But believe it or not...it's happening, and there is no stopping it now. Greedy politicians and an overall careless society are making sure of that. The polar ice caps WILL melt and entire countries will be flooded. We are talking millions of people...without homes.
