I recently did something that made me feel elated. It reminded me of what it was like to be in love and to feel love back. However, it meant that I was disloyal to my partner. I never thought I would do something like that. But the positive emotion that I had made it 'feel' right. Perhaps I was using the feeling as an excuse, or do I have the right to feel this way to live fully?

I've been in the exact situation. If you were disloyal to your partner, it's best to let them know. Guilt will start to take over you...possibly.

I did the same thing, and I did it again too. It was wrong of me and I'm not proud of the fact that I did it at all. But at the time, it felt right for some reason. But a couple days after I felt like complete sh!t.

I think you have the right to feel the way you do. Just make sure you tell your partner what you did...it's not fair for them.

It sounds like you have no ethics or morals if you cheated, How would you feel if your partner cheated on you? You made a choice when you cheated even though you knew it was wrong and someone could get hurt (like your partner) in my opinion you do not value the relationship you are in enough not to cheat and you disrespected your partner in the process just for a feeling. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you

Why don't you reveal your story?
