Word can be purchased as a stand-alone product or it can be obtained by purchasing Microsoft Office.
Staples retail version: $230
Newegg retail version: $120
Newegg retail version of Office 2007 Home and Student (Excel, Powerpoint and Word): $134
The links are for each of the above. The upgrade version will only work for you if you already have an older version installed on your computer. Hope this helps.
You can't borrow a "key", each cd-key is use-able by only 1 person.

You can purchase a version of Microsoft Office (which includes Word) at sites on the web, or bid on one on ebay. But, I'd like to make another suggestion. You can download a totally free alternative called "Open Office" at the below link. Many of its features are totally compatible with Microsoft's products. Hope this helps.

Word itself sells for around $300.
But a better option is Microsoft Office Home & Student - companies seem to be promoting this one like crazy and are offering it for around $200. It contains: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a program called OneNote (not sure what that is). These are Cdn prices.
The usual big box stores have these.

After that it will help you examine your data, yet not edit or replica them. it rather is like being hooked like a fish. in case you finally end up in this occasion and have get entry to to a diverse, earlier, replica of be conscious, you are able to acquire the loose Compatibility p.c.. from Microsoft to bail your self out. wish that helps.
