I have noticed a shortage of ammunition all across the country.. Mainly the military variety.. ie 9mm, 223, 308 and 50 bmg.. It seems that you can not find these any where.. I was wondering why... Perhaps it is due to a military shortage abroad... Any way if you know please let me know...

I belive you are right. The military abroad is usung up all it can get a hold of. But I do find it hard to belive that it is hard to find 223 or 308, especially this time of year

perhaps it is due to requirement for the military abroad as well as the stockpiling of ammunition by militia type groups....

I have enough guns here, also my neighbor has a system in his basement to refill bullets/shells....

Ask your supplier (wherever you tried to buy them). They should have some idea.
