The real question is, WHAT DO YOU WANT?
Do you want to loose the weight to be accepted by shallow people who otherwise didn't know you existed?
Or do you want to lose the weight because you want to feel good about yourself? and be friends with people who don't make it a point of your being overweight.
The main reason for loosing the weight should be health and
esteem issues. Not because people call you fat.
Change the way you eat and excersize, but most importantly
change the way you think of yourself.
Keep in mind that when you are excersizing, and you feel sore, it means your body is already shifting gears. People give up because they don't see immediate changes.
I say, learn to recognize when your body is making changes and you will see results!
You can do this...I believe in you! Don't give up!!

Cut down on the portions of food you eat, and exercise. If you're not losing weight, it means you aren't exercising hard enough or often enough or you're still eating too much. Exercise won't help you if your calories in is greater than your calories burned up.
There's really nothing more to say except make a plan and stick to it. I just joined a gym and am trying to lose weight myself. It's hard to stick with it, but there's no other way that works.

from the question you have asked, I think you are excessively obese. If it is so and if you find it difficult even to walk and unable to stop eating,there is a way-out. I came to know about a key-hole
scopy treatment wherein they put two holes on your stomach,bye-pass your food movement in little quantity; as a result ,however
much you take in, only a limited quantity is absorbed. Since I am

sure, i need to assert that's a down fall! i respect thos taffy moms cookies! and the sandies, and those elve ones, and .... i bypass over them! I actually were on a foodstuff routine adn no longer eatring any, i thinki can ought to bypass get some now!...thanks! oh, yeah, chocolate chip too! and milano, and macadamia nut ones...

question is, are you happy with your life and do you feel healthy? cos if you are, then eat and enjoy life. If you're not and have fears of health problems or if other people's opinion does concern you, then you and i both know what you should do...
and it aint easy, trust me. but if it makes you happy at the end, then its worth it.

eat but don't eat too much that you become fat and perform some workout in gym or in house to reduce your weight and girls doesn't look good when she becomes fat.

Be yourself, and if others dont like you...oh well, they are the ones missing out! Do what you can, strive to be healthy, not thin or skinny! I always tell myself i want to be healthy not disgustingly thin.

Invite them all out for pizza or something they would all like; order enough for everyone; then eat it all yourself. Then laugh at them and tell them to go to hell.
You don't need to do anything to please someone who puts you down because you don't look the way they think you should.
