BS. You are at level four, you already know the answer to this question and if you still can not vote thumbs up or thumbs down it must be a matter of preference not anything else. If not you should email yahoo and find out why.........But the biggest question is why would someone at level 4 want to vote thumbs up or thumbs down? You should be beyond that petty BS.

I think you have to hold the button down for a longer time, not just click. At least that's how it is on my computer. And the thumbs up/down doesn't appear instantly. It has changed after you go to another page and then return.

the first thing i did after reading ur question was to check ur level...oone has to b on level 2 or above to use the provision..u r on level 4..u shud b able to do it..seems like a glitch..contact Yahoo.

Hmm,that's strange.It says you are level two,yet you still can't use the thumbs.Perhaps you should write to Yahoo and let them know that it's not working for you.
