I have this friend who is a guy and said he was "raped" when he was in his early teens.
He said that she was drunk and she just went to where he was sleeping and had intercourse with him.
He told his mother and got tested and did everything a person should do in this situation.
But my main question is could a guy really get raped?
cause to me it would seem the man has to be "willing" to take part in sex.
if you know what I mean.
like how could it be rape if he was turned on to the point of getting an erection?
also, when this happened this was his first time to have intercourse.
do you think theres a possibility that he might have a child out there from this one encounter?
we are really close friends and I was just curious.

The girl was no friend and she was older than him.
and this did not happen at his home.
It happened at this big camp thing that goes on every year where im from, so his parents were nowhere around.

I guess it's possible for a woman to rape a man. Alot of people don't think a woman can rape a man. But men normally get erections during sleep and if a woman comes in and starts having sex with him then it's technically not consensual. But alot of people don't see it this way because they think men always want sex and will have sex with anyone. If a man started having sex with a sleeping woman everyone would scream rape. A man can also be raped anally by another man or even a woman (of course she doesn't have a penis but could penetrate him with another object against his will).

If she was drunk and he was in his right mind...

Was this a friend of his or what? Same age? Older? Family member? You didn't give any information on her, like age. Was it statutory rape?

Automatic response should not be confused with "hey, this is cool!". Getting an erection is not automatic consent any more than a woman being turned on is consent.

Children cannot consent - It doesn't matter if they beg for it, by law, they are not able to consent.

Now, if it was a friend, same age, I'd say he was in on it and he wasn't raped. If he was living at home at the time I'd call it balderdash. Any cry for help would have been attended to immediately. (Unless she scaled the outside of the house, jimmied open the window and with stealth like efficiency bound and gagged him and forced her will upon him.)

An encounter can always produce a child, one time is all it takes.

If the mother did everything, a police report was filed?

And yes, men can be raped.

Rape is not about sex it's about power, and men can be penetrated.

Yes, I think it is possible with a very young man. His brain is not in his "equipment" and someone could take charge and arouse him before he was even awake and I would call that rape. And yes, one intercourse has the potential to cause pregnancy as the sperm is involved. It would depend on whether or not the female had ovulated during that period of time because the eggs can remain for several days.

Everything is possible. Seeing that he told his mother, I think that he might have been telling you the truth. If he was in his early teens it was probably very frightening for him especially if it was the first time he had, had sex. In a way I think he was relatively lucky that it was a female and not a male that raped him.
