I'm assuming you meant Chili's, the restaurant chain? If you're too shy to talk to her directly, I'd say the next time you eat there, ask your waiter about her (if she's single, etc). If she's single, then just pass your number to her before you leave and tell you'd like to take her out sometime (dont forget a killer smile). Girls like guys that are straightfoward and to the point, it's flattering.

Just go for it. By the sound of it she likes you to so the worst thing she can say is no. Just do it and you will be glad you did..
