I've never posted a joke here before, but this one always gets a laugh. From guys, anyway.
A fellow walks into his doctor's office and complains about a huge spot which has suddenly appeared on his forehead.
The doctor says, "Dear Lord! I remember reading about this problem in medical school, although I've never seen one in real life."
The man asks, "So, doc, what is it?"
"Brace yourself. A month from now you will have a large penis growing out of your forehead."
Shocked, the man replies, "Well, cut it off, Doc!"
"I can't, it's attached to your brain! You'd die if I removed it."
The man says, "So, doctor, what you're telling me is that in a months time, when I wake up and look in the mirror every morning, I'm will see a enormous penis growing out of my forehead?"
"Well, no, not exactly. You won't see it. The balls will cover your eyes."
