Everyone has different sleep requirements, and you seem to need less as you get older or if you sleep more soundly. But, four hours really doesn't sound like enough, especially if you're crashing and sleeping in afterwards. When I was younger I had a similar schedule, but after two or three days in a row I would feel like crap and couldn't focus on my job. I wasted my weekends sleeping in to make up for it. Not good, unless you have a good reason for it!

The average adult needs 8 hours of sleep per night. Teens an hour or 2 more. Sleeping too much and not on a regular schedule aren't good either.

On average your close but even if I sleep 10 hours one day and 5 the next I will still feel like crap the day I only slept 5 so if your feeling like crap like I do then maybe your not. If it does not affect you then I guess your ok.

the best thing you can do is to regulate your sleeping patterns. if you try going to bed and waking up around the same time every day, it will be much easier on your body. you should be getting anywhere from 7 hours or up every night.
