from experience age has nothing to do with when a man matures, it has alot to do with his soroundings and respect for a woman as a man learning responsibilty as a man paying bills working hard things of that nature taking care of home and maturity is learned not aged.,

I would say about 5-8 more years for serious thoughts to be living in that brain. If it goes beyond that, it might be hopeless. If you can find a mature 20 year old guy, he is probably a eunuch or has a butt-load of acne. Either way, a guy is a long-term investment, and 20 years is not nearly enough time to see ANYTHING but potential.

Unfortunately, I've never seen a man fully matured, and I take care of the elderly. They are big kids at heart, and you gotta love that.
