My Gums hurt. I have never heard or met anyone else with this condition. but yeah I dont chatter my teeth when I run or anything. So does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

I have the same problem! In fact, I just got home from running, and my gums hurt. It usually takes about an hour before the pain subsides...let me know if you find out the cause!

I am not a Dr. The first thing I would tell you is to consult your physician.
The second thing is, when you increase your heart rate you increase blood pressure. When you increase your blood pressure it can cause a slew of different symptoms.
Or you could even have gingivitis. Either way I hope this was of any incite for you ..

It could be a small infection in your gum or maybe another tooth coming in causing pressure and irritation.Check with your dentist.

simple. you have out-ran your gums and they are trying to catch up. be considerate and run slower.
