Measure input current. Measure input voltage.

Input resistance = Input voltage/Input current

Measure output voltage. Measure output current.

Output resistance = Output voltage/Output current

Measure the input voltage and current and calculate it directly.
Measure the output voltage under no-load conditions, then put a load on it and measure the voltage drop and output current. That will give you the source (Thevenin) resistance of the circuit.

they are all coloured coded IE
white neutral less resistors you will have to get the
codes i have got them not at hand sorry you can
get them f rom your libery in eletronics good luck
