Yeah, life is always unfair. Karma is a Hindu-Buddhist concept, where life and fate is governed by the deeds you have done. And Buddha also said that to attain Karma, you should leave sadness behind, beause it sort of blocks the Eight True Paths to Nirvana. In a Buddhist perspective, no, you shouldn't be sad, because what happens to other people is sort of they're own doing, either in a past life or current one.

But if you want another point of view, I, as a Muslim, have to accept the will of God. This is called redha'. God's will has its purposes, we just don't know (and don't need to know) it. But being sad, in this matter, should be kept moderate. It's OK to be sad, just don't rip up your clothes or anything of the like.

And remember, life is always unfair. =)

Do you feel sad when you are receiving your karma? Karma can be perceived as being good or bad in human terms when in reality it is only a matter of cause and effect. Stop worrying about other peoples karma and start paying attention to your own. Karma can be transcended without the need to repay it; only deep within you can you find that key.

I'm not really sure that you are grasping the meaning of "karma". I do not believe in karma. It is obvious that life is not fair, and that people do not go through the same trials in life. Therefore I see no evidence for the existence of karma.

Karma depends on the action of people. So there is no need to feel bad when people receive karma.Because it is received on what they have done.

No. It's better than feeling joyful or apathetic
about another's suffering, even if it is self-created. I notice many feel smug when someone they don't care for fails or falls on hard times. Remember when the Christ asked the question about the blind man?
Who sinned, this man or his parents, that he should be born blind?

It has got to be the will of God to feel sad. Because there is no escaping it. Feel sad but not guilty.

When "what goes around" finally does "comes around"~ it is not wrong to feel sorrow for those (really ALL OF US) who get in return what we had coming. Most good hearted people DO feel sad for others when their wrongdoings to others catch up to them. I personally am the same way/ I instinctively feel bad for anyone who is hurting. I strongly know that your feelings are NOT contrary to the will of GOD because HE admonishes us to love our enemies. Mourn with those who mourn, weep with those who weep, laugh with those who laugh,....etc...

GOD BLESS you...your aight!~

Karma is a pagan term. The law in the Bible that resembles that is: What a man sows is what a man will reap.

No, everybody is in charge of their own actions. Have all the compassion you want, but that doesn't mean you can control their actions.
