It would be ackward but then again I wouldn't care much if we really were just f''''ck buddies. Sounds like this guy you are with really liked you and settled for a sexual relationship and is now pissed because you said someone elses name. BUT
Not all guys share my opinion because territory also comes into play so when another name is screamed, it might hang over our head for a couple of weeks but if you could somehow get his attention away from it, he should forget it. Otherwise try not to let it happen again.
If he stops intercouse because of it, I think its time for a new "friend with benfits"

That would probably kill it for me for the night. At that point, i'd just pull out, get dressed and take off. Might not kill the fuckbuddy relationship entirely, but that's pretty awkward. I prefer the people that I'm sleeping with at the very least to be thinking about me when i'm in them.
