Idk. I'm about ready to give up. I'm basically at the point where she smiles at me every time I see her and she sees me, She always gives me hugs, and I always complement her on everything. Idk what I'm doing wrong but she doesn't seem to want to do anything.

um, being a girl and knowing wut we like and wut we dont like, DONT TREAT HER LIKE A D*** that will NOT make her luv u, it will make her just think you are a complete waste of time. She sees you as a friend, so you need to break that barrier, maybe ask her out to the movies, just the two of you, and just b like, " hey do u wanna go catch a movie?" dont do dinner, cause thats too much of a date, but just kinda pay for the movie to show her that shes not going as your friend, open the door, act nicer than yo would if u were going with a whole bunch of guy friends, like, idk, be really nice, and if shes cold, give her your sweater, and stuff like that. GOOD LUCK!!! and dont complement her on everything, cause that just seems like you worship her, and that to b truthful, is kinda freaky, like complement her every once in a while, but not every. single. day. cause also, thatll get old after a while and you will start to also look like a kiss up. lol, no offense, and good luk again!

well if u like her then talk to her and find out what she like and what she doesn't like let her do the talking because some girls like to have a talk every now and then then when u think the time is right (u will know when that is don't ask me how its just a thing) ask her if your not the straight up person the ask for her number and ask her by text or MSN its your choice, well good luck mate

Your doing nothing wrong, just wait for her to make a move or you ask her on a date. It sounds as though you two are close and i would be very surprised if she said no. Give it a try, the worst thing she can say is "no" and i doubt that she will say that.

try to find out if she wants to go out first of all
keep complimenting her; act like you only want to be around her talk to her even more
last resort: talk to her friends find out what they can do
