to anyone who know please tell to me cause i do not confident when talking with people

Just be yourself. There is no set formula that makes everyone like you.
Start by complementing yourself every night. Whatever features you have that makes you proud, say it out loud to yourself every night. For example "I have beautiful eyes" Then say it yourself again and again. This help build self confidence.
Then talk to people you don't normally talk to. Say hello to the shy guy who always sits by himself or invite your neighbor to dinner. Remember they might not all "click" just right. But never let that get you down. You're wonderful person and it's their loss. Good Luck!
