Those are all of the ones I can think of right now. I've been in select volleyball for a while now and we have many cheers. If I can think of any more, I will update.
A good idea if you have a good play or something but you can't think of a cheer, you could just all come together into the middle and clap and pat your teammates on the back.

You can always adopt a song. During my season, we would sometimes sing out, "Do it do it do it"! (Do It To It - Cherish feat. Sean Paul) or we'd yell out "Smack that!" from Akon's song.
