Is it possible to change the appearance of Office 2003?

I would like Office 2003 to look like older versions of Office. I have tried everything I know, but I can't figure it out. Mostly, I'm looking to change the toolbar look from rounded back to square/linear. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You can only use the tools as programmed by Gates and Co. You cannot change them - only rearrange a little.
