Who is Howie's father and where is he from?

Question

I've lost touch with my "next in line" parents; they weren't officially my Godparents, but took care of me off and on for years as they and my parents were close friends. Howie strongly resembles their son - my kids saw a picture and asked me how I got a pic of Howie at such a young (college) age. They would, of course, be his grandparents; but both have passed and I lost touch with their kids. Any and all help would be appreciated. God Bless!
