Migraines can cause nausea, so I think those are related. Your stomach pain and heartburn are related to something you've eaten. Certain foods will set it off more than others. Tagment is a perfect medicine for that. It is over the counter.
The swollen Lymphnodes means you have an infection. You should probably check your temperature to help verify that. Fatigue can also set in if you have an infection since your body will be fighting the infection and needs rest.
It is possible these symptoms could indicated the flu as well, perhaps a mild case. http://www.webmd.com/ has a symptom checker, where you point your mouse to the various sections of the body and click on your symtoms. It will come up with a variety of causes. Hope that helps!

This early in symptoms (first 3-5 days) it is most likely a virus. If you have had Epstein-Barr Virus (mono) in the past, then it may not be it. Did you have a blood test or throat swab in the past? How did they diagnose it?
Other common viruses are also likely.
If you are having high fevers and a very sore throat, you could have strep throat...in that case you would need to be seen right away.
Otherwise, just take a lot of fluids, you and use tylenol and motrin for the aches. If the nausea is not allowing you to keep medications down, you should see a doc tomorrow for either a shot or some nausea medication
Make sure you rest too.
Best of luck!

Sounds awfully like lactose intolerance to me ???
To relieve symptoms, this remedy will realkalize your digestive system believe it or not. Antacids and the like don't really work too well, as you probably already know. Just put 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar in a glass and add 1 teaspoon baking soda stirring until fizzing stops. Add cold water and drink up. Relief should be fairly quick 4 u !!!
BTW all the symptoms you have listed are indicative of a sluggish digestive system. If you start out by cutting all junk foods out of your diet, including white bread, cakes, icecream, lollies, chocolate etc.etc.etc. you will give your digestive system a great deal of relief. Try to focus more on fresh fruit and vegies, lean meats, fish and poultry, nuts and seeds, cut right back on dairy, wholegrains and cereals and loads of pure filtered water. Also cut out sodas/soft drinks.
1/2 hour before each meal put 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar into a glass with cold water and drink. This will give your digestive system a helping hand.
PEACE

Hi Lauren, sorry this is not about your question, but you should be careful about putting your address on the internet. We can send you all kinds of viruses, trojans, malware and XXX sites...that will cripple your computer. If you start getting stuff, change you address. Love you, want to see you safe. So you want to hear from boys huh? o.k., you've opened yourself to emails, etc. ! This is not My Space you know.
