Slow weight loss is good weightloss, you are more likely to keep your new figure. Have you got a skipping rope? Skipping is great cardio (good for burning fat) and is good for your heart as well, my advice is to start a daily planner or diary and mix up your excercises so you don't get bored, also writing down what you eat every day helps to keep track of if you are eating too much or not enough. Walking is also great even a 15 minute walk is good and if you want you can slowly build it up. I found that when I do excercise every day I have more energy and want to do more. Even mowing the lawn and vacuuming is good! It's not so much about losing weight as being happy, fit and heathy, you go girl!!!!

Excercise more/ Running/ cut down on your fatty foods/ lift weights/ RUNNING+++/ Drink lots of Water/ Kill that Sugar+chemical filled Sodas, candies. It took me some time But Results show Quick depending on how your body reacts to your sudden change, also on what type of body built you have. Try the High School Wrestling Team,
that lost me about 5-6 lbs every week.

Eat Fruit/Drink lots of Water/ RUN

115 is normal for 5'5" - even a little skinny, do you not want to have any curves at all?
but if you still want to lose weight, just take in less calories, or burn more calories, or both.

ok, im not targeting you, but seriously, why do people keep asking this question????? its pops up every few minutes, are you all hoping for some new and different medical cure, as i have said before and i'll keep saying, DIET AND EXERCISE, that is the secret to wait loss, not some pill potion lotion or other bullshit off the shelf item. it is hard work and self discaplin.

Go for a good fast paced walk every day. Cut back on your portions, drink tons of water and stay away from bread and sugar.
