He's got GREAT eyes and absolutely terrific hair, I know so many guys and gals who love curly hair just like his, it's perfect. And he's even got clean fingernails, wow.
I give him an 8 (but I'm 30 so he may not care what I think) but my little sis whos visiting for spring break (she's 15) gives him an 8 to 8.5 as well, so there!
He's a cute hottie! Honestly, doesn't need to change a thing.
