here's a really good example of the dance...you have to be completely loose and shake rhythmically.

1. Go to www.youtube.com
2. Search "Walk it out"
3. Look for a decent video of some person Walking it Out
4. Copy this person's moves.
5. Practice your new moves in front of a full body mirror until they are perfected.

it's a dance. if you know anything about stepping (also a dance) then you can "walk it out"
