If you want to lose weight, all your meals and snacks should be low and the same, but you spread them around the day so you can have more while boosting your Basal Metabolic rate. For example, in stead of 3 600 calorie meals and two 100 calorie snacks, you can have 10 200 calorie meals throughout the day.

1600 a day is very low for a guy, so lets go w/ that.
400 for each meal, and two 200 cal snacks.
To go lower, cut the snacks down to 50-100 cals but no lower than that for guys or girls.

Try this dont think about eating until your very hungry. Stomach pains hungry. Then eat what ever you want. Dont snack. No need to count calories.
