Same way you always have, only in this country, we have flush toilets indoors and use paper to wipe, and running water to wash your hands. Best wishes

Sit on the toilet with your bottom half undressed, release, say ah'.wipe, Flush handle located on back of toilet, wash hands , dry. Repeat if necessary.
