ALLAH. Why do you need to "strike terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve" and then behead them?

Notice that It doesnt say "I shall strike terror upon the disbelievers for their horrible and unjust assult upon the peaceable goodly self righteous hatefilled Muslims who have attacked you a million times".

Instead Allah says he will strike terror into...who? The attackers? The invaders? No...simply "those who disbelieve". Oh, and guess what happens after that! Yep, a goodly self righteous Islamic beheading!

Any Islamic scholars here? Explain to me why the fingers need to be chopped off as well...isnt the beheading sufficient? I can only think of two possiblities:

1. Allah's, for efficiency sake, wants finger entrees or soup additives.
2. Allah is into mutilation. Its cool.

now tell me if someone disbelieves (criminal) okay and Allah gives warning for the punishment then what is wrong about it???

according to religion disobeying God is disbelieving act... then if same is writtein in Qur'an then whatz so wrong about it??

my guess is that it is symbolic...evil doers do so with their fingers.....is a very symbolic religion.... it has to be to keep its followers from understanding too much about the whys and wherefores. I believe they have a dead religion.... there's no current prophet, no current text.... so they have to rely upon age old texts....and the interpretation there of by "wise" men so the fingers thing was meant probably for the people who found the corpse. a warning to all that evil doing was eventually for the buzzards ......ah well there are many misguided souls in this here world...
