Only if you let the sugar sit in your mouth for a long time. Bacteria feed off of the sugar in your mouth. This can lead to tooth decay.

Drinking more acidic drinks frequently like lemonaide or orange juice will wear down the enamel on your teeth over time.

If you brush your teeth regularly and don't have all kinds of crap stuck between them (meaning you use a toothpick or floss) you should be fine.
