There is no such thing

usmccpl0 Has a good point

Oh if your in the 270 Area Code VCI offers free webfiltering

I am also 12 But I Just use a Porn Filter Because those Popups are against the will of Jesus!
Also Any kid With a mind can just kill one in MSCONFIG
By Not Letting it startup on reboot
or just kill the process in taskmanager
or use a proxy like ninjaproxy!
Also don't say he cant kill it within those hours
all he has to do is put it in safemode by pressing f8 When its booting up

I can think of alot of ways to get around it

Sure there is, you can access your router and set up times that they can access the internet......

In your internet browser, enter 192.168.10.1 or 192.168.1.1
The default user name and password is usually

user name: admin
password: password

See if there are any settings for limiting the time for accessing the internet.....You can also set restrictions on websites from here.....Also contact your local internet provider, many are now providing free security suites that include parental controls.

Hope you find something that works for ya!

I used "Content Protect". I could choose times available to surf the internet. Not to mention keep my boy away from the bad sites :(
The site below shows comparisons of different programs. I am only familiar with content protect.
Of course, it ain't free!

You could go to www.download.com and get cool stuff there. But start by restricting the access to that PC by using a Logging Password.
