Baby shampoos can actually burn, both cats and humans. I have found that a shampoo originally for horses, Mane 'N Tail by Straight Arrow, (and has been long approved for humans) is fine for cats. Of all the shampoos I've ever used, Mane 'N Tail is the ONLY one that truly doesn't sting. It also smells like apples. It's a great whole-body wash, and it's all I use.
Because it doesn't sting the eyes, the animal is less likely to freak-out.
You can find it at Wal-Mart, Target, and feed stores. And it's cheap, too!

Maybe a baby shampoo, call your vet and ask them, they should know other wise just a mild baby shampoo or just plain warm water, the cat can't be to dirty and being hairless I believe you keep her or him in-doors.

I would use a gentle shampoo made for cats. Just because the cat has no hair, doesn't mean it doesn't get dirty. The skin can also become clogged with oils, so a clensing every once and a while would be good.

Cetaphil. Its very gentle, unscented, it will also help kittys skin stay moisturized. You can but it at any drug store, its next to face washes.
