I have never been a big fan on supplements but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a good stack or stacks that they have had luck with. Thanks to all that answer.

Eat balanced meals, take a centrum silver and work hard.

Those supplements are often not actually healthy, as they are often imbalanced with protein, minerals and vitamins. You have to drink alot of water with them too because your body ends up flushing most of the junk (excess) out.

I use ON (Optimum Nutrition) for protein because the cost/value for the amount of protein is the best I can find. it dissolves great in water and tastes reasonable enough to drink a few times a day. It also has enough BCA's to keep me happy (Branch Chain Amino acids). Pretty cost effective.

I also use a general L-Glutamine after my workouts. One teaspoon will help to inject your muscles with exactly what it needs to keep from breaking apart other muscle/tissue to rebuild what you just worked on. Not cheap but you don't need much so it can last a while. Hit a bargain nutrition store, avoid GNC, they rip you off. And avoid the blended Creatine/Glutamine products because this way you KNOW what and how much you are getting. Can be expensive.

Creatine, helps to keep the muscles fresh, just drink a TON of water or you get headaches. Can be pricey.

Nitrous Oxide, yup, not kidding. This stuff will keep you muscles pumped like you just worked out for a long time after the workout by injecting them with water. You muscles need the water so it promotes their growth. Expensive!

Vitamins - no brainer. Cheap.

Branch chain amino acids - best building blocks for muscles. You can get this blended into your protein (no worries here) or separate in pill format. Either are ok. Cheap

Water, water, water, water, water, water, water.

You have to have balanced meals, but you can also eat right and exercise hard.

If you are looking for fat burners, Stacker 2 would be great.

Protein- Get Whey Powder, and it comes in flavors.

Plain old supplements, take your multi vitamins along with either of the three supplements- cell tech, nitro tech, or muscle tech.

Weight Lift and Do cardio.

Cell tech,Nitro tech, and Muscle tech are the best you'd find right now.

Check Gnc supplements as well, but stay healthy. Thanks and good luck.
