i was walking that time when my both legs cramped and i could hardly continue my steps,i did some stretching for a second and it returned back to normal. it happened 3 times already to me. really worried why this happening.
sometimes i had the same problem while im on bed a real leg cramped and painful. regarding, out of balance many times while standing or walking i feel im swaying or as if i want to fall. could you give some reason what might be wrong with me or what kind of sickness i got...please dont say go to the doctor.. i want opinions from people around who might have same experience like mine. thanks a lot.....

Drink water and lots of it you probably started exercising didn't you ? Now as for your out of balance problem are you taking medication ? if yes YOU will need to see doctor since your taking too much for your body to handle now if your not you may have inner ear problem as a infection in that case you could lose your hearing if you dont seek attention ,but your cramps are from not being hydrated enough as I do get cramps all the time .

Do you eat bananas, or potatoes? If not, you could have low potassium levels. Eating these on a regular basis might help. Get it checked out if it doesn't get better, but i agree with the previous response as well, could be dehydration, or an inner ear infection.

Low potassium could very well be the culprit. Fortunately you can replace the missing electrolyte with potassium rich foods (i.e. bananas, orange juice, baked potatoes, etc.) You should notice a difference in a few short days.
