I was thinking feta cheese and sundried tomato - any other ideas?

What do you put in it now?
My Yia Yia taught me how to make it and I use
Spinach
Minced Onions
Feta Cheese
A little bit of Cream Cheese
and a little bit of Mint.
It comes out excellent.

I usually carmalize some onions and add a touch of sauteed garlic to the standard batch of fresh steamed spinach(not canned or frozen), sheeps milk feta, organic eggs and salt and pepper. Use the good olive oil between sheets of phyllo too.

Do you have nutmeg and dill in there? The feta is a must, as is the sundried

Other than the main ingredients, I like a little nutmeg and ground pine nuts.
