it show me "warming up" and I want to know what may be the problem. thanks.

The "warming up" message is referring to the Light for scanning\copying. It MAY be a hardware problem but it could also be a driver glitch as well.

I'd suggest UNInstalling the software for the driver

Shutdown , Wait 2 mins or so then Restart your computer and see if Windows finds and REinstalls the drivers.
