i have a great co-worker, & we hit it off in all aspects. she is getting married in june to this great guy who i really like. wonderful guy and they have been dating for 5 yrs. now the question i have is this...we have been for the last couple of months giving each other hugs saying hi and goodbye. how it started, who knows, but we have been. the thing is, her hugs are getting more & more deep you can say. like i got an extra hug from her for no reason, she stood up and said "give me some of that lovin" and just came over and hugged me. some others, she gave me a hug goodbye and then put her head on my shoulder before we let go. another one was where after the hug, she put both of her hands on my face telling me how cute i was..like "you are so cute" etc. so my women friends say she has a thing for me, ive said no for the longest time, but now i am really starting to see it. is this a school girl crush? should i stop hugging her? i dont want her to like me b/c she has a man? opinons?

There is nothing wrong with hugs. As long as you don't go any more than that (if you don't want to) then you should be ok. You can also try talking with her about it and find out if she does have a thing for you and talk about whether it's ok since she has man.

I'd stop hugging her. Just say you only hug cute single girls, and she's going to be a married woman so no more hugs from you. Her behavior is inappropriate for a co-worker, and an engaged to be married woman.

Sounds like she is giving up a part of you from herself. It is the long goodbye. Just don't let her toy with your feelings, if you think that is what she is doing. She feels safe enough to do it now, (it has probably been on her mind, all along).
Don't over think the situation, just enjoy those hugs. I think she knows what she is doing, you don't. Just don't buy the trap.

try to make her see the situation from your side...it's not fair of her to "tempt" you, esp. since she's getting married
she may be a huggy person and finally became comfortable around you
or maybe she's looking for a confirmation that she really wants to spend the rest of her life with her fiancee...you may need to be a good friend and put her back on track

Cut her off ..Man would you want some other guy messing around with your woman? Leave her alone , she's just comfortable with you and feels safe to be affectionate....If you mess around with her you will probably loose her friendship.
