You probably don't want to hear this, but if you really have tried everything and have been pretty obvious about your affections, and she hasn't responded already, she doesn't like you. She hasn't said anything probably because she doesn't want to outright reject you and hurt your feelings. If you are still holding on to the hope that she just doesn't realize how you feel, despite all you've been doing to get her to notice what good boyfriend material you are, you can just ask her. Which is like cornering her and she will be forced to start the "you're a nice guy and good friend BUT" conversation.
If she makes no sign that she returns your affections, then you'll just annoy her or worse, she'll think you're a stalker. There's only one difference between a guy who's considered romantic and one who's considered a stalker. The attention of the former is wanted and the latter is not. Dude, do you really want to be thought of as a stalker?
Anyway, if you've done all you can to get her to notice you, then it's her move now. There's really nothing more you can do. You can't force someone to love you. And remember: desperation is not sexy.

She might not like you. I'm sorry but sometimes women just aren't attracted to guys and there is nothing you will be able to do to change it. I suggest you take the energy you are putting towards her and begin to look for another girl. If she hasn't budged yet, there is little you can do to change it.
