I take FiberTabs (little, chewable, candy-flavored fiber tablets) and I was eating them tonight.

I had one of them, in my hand, broken into quarters. One of the quarters of a tablet fell down, and my terrier-chihuahua mutt munched it up before I could get it out.

Each tablet has 2 grams of fiber. If she had half of a gram, that's nothing serious, right?

Fiber is good to give to dogs especially when they are older.
But not alot.

In the future, if your dog eats or drinks anything that it shouldn't
and any thing that can poison or kill him. Give the dog, one
tea spoon of salt. Put it down their throat, and within
fifteen minutes the down will throw it up. THis is a sure thing.

Don't ever wait more than a few minutes to do this, because
things can be absorbed quickly into the dogs system, so
it's just something to keep in mind, just in case.

It shouldn't be a problem, but you could call your vet just to double check for your comfort. If your dog ever eats anything in the future that its not supposed to you can always give it some peroxide to make it throw up. I'm not sure how much your dog would need, considering its small size, so check with your vet before hand. But I have used it in the past once or twice and it literally was a life saver with one of my dogs that ate some rat poisoning at a friend's house.

If it was just fiber your dog should be fine. A call to the vet would be a good idea, better to be safe than sorry!

I think she should be okay, but here is the number for the ASPCA Animal Poison Control
(888) 426-4435
It can't hurt to make a phone call and check.

Nothing to worry about unless you dog gets really bad vomiting, constipation, or diarrhea. If she does, you will need to call the vet.

I'll give you a 99% chance everything will be fine. BUT, if you want you CAN call poison control and ask - they might just know.

I dont think that it is bad. It is fiber, which is good i think. as long as your dog didnt choke or anything i think it would be fine. but, be careful next time :-)
