No way to tell if it is sleep deprivation or something more serious unless you get yourself checked out by a doctor...which is what I am suggesting you do. Good luck

Your kidneys are located on your lower back left and right sides. You may have a kidney infection. You could also have a hernia. Now sure about the neck. That sounds like stress and tension pain. Head rush can be lack of a certain vitamin... You should go get checked out by a doctor.

What are you doing differently? Doing new exercises? Start a new job? Looking down at the ground more? Get a new mattress?
Are you under a lot of stress? Why have you lacked sleep? Have you tried taking an ibuprofen with a little food an hour before bedtime to see if that helps?
We can't say what's wrong with you, we can only speculate. If you're concerned, make an appointment to see the doctor and get his/her opinion.

It could be anything and hard to diagnose. If Voltaren didn't work in one night that would also be normal too. It needs a few more days. But if you're really concerned you should see the doctor. You might have upper digestive problems, including gall bladder and colon.

Those might be unrelated physical symptoms. Muscle tension and lack of sleep sound about right.

Go see your doctor. I had the same thing except it was in my lower back. Turned out to be a compressed disk. I went to therapy and have been doing some exercises they showed me and the pain has not returned.

I don't think anyone out here is smart enough to ask you the right questions, and to have you answer them to be able to tell exactly what is wrong.
Only a qualified doctor with questions and answers as well as some diagnostic tests can actually tell what is wrong.
Give him, or her, a try. If they don't help I will double your money back.

I would suggest that you see a doctor. Nobody can diagnose what's wrong with you unless you are examined by a real doctor.
