why does my dogs eat cat pooh???

Cat poop is to dogs like chocolate is for most people. It is because the cats each such a high protein diet and there is still a fair bit of protein left in the feces. The dogs find it appealing and then eat it. It is really gross though, I would try a covered litter box and placing it where the dog cannot get to it.

My canines does it too. It took me slightly to choose tha the cat wasn't constipated inspite of each little thing. The canines become certainly emptying the clutter field for me. the difficulty is a straightforward one that would mirror the reality that the canines has developed from persons that scavenged around guy’s dwellings. They are like tootsie rolls to them. I don't know why. My dog does the same thing and he goes around with litter on his nose...He looks like a crack addict! LOL

it's corpophagia...eating feces usually means that they are missing a certain nutrient from their food, what are you feeding your dog? maybe it's time to switch food. you can go to the vet and ask for FORBID..it's meds that's suppose to give them the nutrients so that they don't go looking for it by eating poo, paint, grass, etc.
