you be very apologetic.... and mean it..... the first clue....
is realizing what you have done..... the second.....
is fixing it...... sometimes you can't fix things so
quick........ it takes more than the sorry's of the
world to equal out to trust and forgiveness.... your
family is your whole life..... that's it.......
you either stand with or without them......

You didn't really give too much info on what happened so we can only generalise the answer for you. First of all i think you should be honest withthis person and tell them that it was your fault and that you accept the blame but you wanted to be a man and apologise for causing the pain and breaking the family apart. You need to be aware that they probavly aren't going to want to see you in a hurry but ifeel if you stand up and take respomsibilty for waht you done then at least they can tell you how they are feeling and know that you also feel bad too. How do you know that this is irreversible, maybe you should give it a go anyway and try to help them back together. Make sure you learn from this mistake and next time think about what your actions may cause to other people.

Tell them that you are so sorry. Tell them that you never realised the consequences of your actions or you would never have done that. You are young and green and feel so darn bad. Tell them that you will never ever do it again and you realise that you have to earn their trust and are willing to do that. Just give you a chance and you will not disappoint them like you did in the past. Earn respect back and mean it or you will not be someone anyone can trust. Take care Heather
