If I don't condition my hair at all, it gets tangled. If I condition my hair all the way to my scalp, my hair is flat and gets oily faster (it has a tendency to get oily anyway.)

Right now I'm using a pretty lightweight conditioner and conditioning the ends only, but I don't know if I should just use some mousse for the flatness problem and go ahead and condition my whole head. Would that be healthier, or what?

The best suggestion I can give you is to get a spray bottle, fill it 3/4 way with warm water and add some conditioner to it....Shake it well... Spray it onto your hair, it will stop the tangles, this way you don't have to use a lot of conditioner when you shower, and on the days you don't wash your hair, you can just spray it and style it and away you go...

Yes, just condition the ends of your hair. I heard that if you condition all the way to your scalp, it takes the natural oils from your hair that can damage it in the long run.

Don't use conditioner that often either, it's not healthy for the hair.

Try using Herbal Essences "Body Envy" conditioner. I've never used it, but I'm using the shampoo right now and it really volumizes your hair.

Hope that helps! :)

Try Paul Mitchell Skinny shampoo and conditioner. Also try a leave in conditioner if you dont like to condition your whole head.
