Girls do grow some pubic hair on their backside. Its usually not a continuous bush from the front though. Often, women will have a lighter patch at the bottom of the small of their backs.

No, girls do not have pubic hair on their bottoms. Some people have hairy butts though, just regular hair

Some girls do. I'm caucasian and I don't, but I have some Mexican friends who have to wax their lower backs and bums.
