If it's a deeply thought out question then chances are not everyone will have an answer. People don't like to have to think.

It's probably because sometimes we make statements in the form of a question, and the only question in the statement is "do you agree with me?"
Here is an example of one of your questions:
It doesn't make sense, they only logical steps are that either: All religious experience is only their mind tricking them, deluding them. Or that there is something that is trying to trick people away from a central God. However! Following along with that later point, most religious experiences are feelings of extacy, love, and happiness, a deep sense of belonging, so if an evil being is doing this...how are we to ever know which religion can be correct? Take Christianity as an example, did anyone ever consider that its possible that Satan tricked people away from the Old Testament God with a loving and kind Jesus character?
You have a very interesting thought, but it serves better as an answer to someone elses question.

Probably because people take stuff way to personally - as though they are being personally attacked. And decide to make a show out of answering - to teach that troll a lesson.
Rarely works. And I don't do those types of questions.

Deep questions require thought out answers that will be scrutinized. Whip off a one-line response and you get two points and a crap shoot for the 10 plus the random thumbs up you might get.

Great question. I agree with you. Don't have the answer though. Perhaps there aren't many deep thinkers out there? More wanna-be "comedians " and people who just like to give answers based on rudeness and shock value?

That question was to long to bother to read it to see if it was interesting. And the quick look I took, it really didn't seem that it was worth it.
You will get better responses if you keep it to a line or two. Things move pretty fast here and you will give up the chance to read like ten other questions to get through one like that, so it has to look interesting.

Quality and quantity are not the same thing and sometimes people can use too many words to say nothing while some of the shorter answers may really be better

I totally agree with you. Makes no since to me. It seems like the questions are so childish. I ready to give up YA and go to the free AOL I keep hearing about. I give you 10 stars for you question.

What one person thinks is deeply thought out, might be percieved as lengthy and dull by others... I haven't read your questions, but trolls can be entertaining, so ...
Edit: Your questions are somewhat lengthy, but interesting. Sometimes it's just timing...

I'm not exactly sure... I think it is cuz those who troll actually don't think a whole lot and their answers can be quick and painless to their brain on those questions...
I appreciate the real, honest, answer seeking questions more
