Well I just recently bought a 91 Celica GT and well I was wondering how you could make this car decently fast without spending A LOT of money! I was wondering too which are the best mufflers out there and where I would buy them, I want the mufflers with that really low rumble and well just sounds good. THanks!

change to open pod type air filter, raise up the boost pressure,get a 'piggyback' computer unit like Apexi S-AFC or HKS F-Conn S to tuned up the fueling systems a bit..
for the famous low-rumble turbo sounds get a 3 inch exhaust pipes (with no catalizer) but mid&rear mufflers only.. recommened HKS Super Dragger
its quite cheap and its fast mods..!!

I think the best way to go is to hunt down a V6 Twin Turbo Supra motor (which are almost impossible to find) and have it put in (considering you have unlimited time and money). But unfourtunatley this is not a Race car and its pretty old so I would'nt expect too much. Dont think a muffler will enhance performance on a Celica, you are better off with the stock system for performance but if you want noise then go for it. The best performing Celica's are 5 speed manuals also.
