I have tried to feed her dog food but she will throw it out as soon as she eats it. So we have been feeding her just milk.

I am a former MinPin owner and they can be picky eaters. Every dog tries to hold out for what they really want. But you must stay firm and she will come around when she is hungry enough.

Open her mouth and feel around to see if there is anything in there. Puppies like to get into things they shouldn't. They use their mouths to feel with and she may have something stuck.

Pup's are a lot like babies. You may need to help her realize she can eat other foods. First off if you are buying solids are you buying the small bite size for miniture dogs? Semi hard might be a good ideal until she is older or even mixing hard solids with can food. If liquid is truelly all she will eat she is possible spoiled. And knows you will give in sooner rather than latter. However you might want to converse with her vet about this. Mixing a little more solid in with the liquid each time might help too. Sorry this kinda of jumps around I'm up and down taking care of my seven dogs at this time of night and all 7 and the two kids want to see what I'm doing.

First, The milk is probably upsetting her stomach if you are giving her cows milk. Dogs are lactose intolerant and they cannot digest the proteins in cows milk.
Second, you need to take her to the vet. If she is not able to keep down solid food, then you need to find out why. A puppy that is 8 weeks old should be fully weaned and on solids. Softening some hard food with warm water, and mixing some hard food with canned food is a great way to feed young puppies, but it is important to get them used to dry food, as a diet of canned food is bad for their teeth as they get older.
So, stop giving the puppy milk, and take it to the vet and find out what may be ailing her! It is not normal for a puppy to be vomiting up her food.

as a former long time breeder who now rescues Pins I have used lamb & rice. I recommend that you contact the breeder to find out what food was given to the puppy before you got it. Changing foods is difficult for pups at that age. If you cannot get this info than try to mix canned puppy food with dry. Like nearly all breeds, canned food alone is not good as it does not help the teething issues. Dry food is a must.

Milk isn't good enough for a puppy. She needs some puppy food.. Soak it with water to soften it up for her, and slowly take away the water once she gets used to eating so she is just eating the dry.

Try mixing hard food with canned food. She'll still have the soft stuff but its important to get that hard food in her diet. Just milk is not good for her nor is it giving her the vitamins and minerals she needs to grow effectively.
