My boyfriend of almost 2 years has never said that he loves me ,but I know he does,how do I get him to say it?

How do you know he loves you? Though I believe strongly that actions speak louder than words - and hopefully this is true in your case, obviously you are still doubting whether or not he does love you. There is know way for you to "get" him to say it. However, if you have a strong healthy relationship why don't you ask him if there is a reason why he is having a problem saying it to you? Perhaps he's been hurt in the past - quite often we tell someone we love them and they don't reciprocate and it is sometimes so hurtful that we never utter the words again for fear of rejection - the could be the case with your boyfriend. I will tell you again, actions speak volumes, once you talk to him to find out if there is actually a valid reason that prevents him from saying the words but he is loving, treats you right and is respectful, perhaps you guys can come up with some sort of expression he can use in lieu of those three words "I love you" that he has difficulty with.

If he was raised in a home that the parents did not show affection to each other and their children it can be difficult for him to express himself. That is not all that uncommon.
If you have not asked him how he really feels about you perhaps its time. Don't ask that question during a time of passion but when you are alone and able to talk.
You did not give your age. If you are still a teenager, don't rush it. Teenage guys don't express themselves clearly most times (unless their ordering fast food, want sex, a drink etc).
