OMG appliance paints are for EXTERNAL decorative use only ie the outside of a grill. Anytime ANY appliance or pan has burnt off or scratched Teflon it should be thrown out, as that is dangerous to eat off off and that's how folks ran into problems with Teflon.
But if you have Teflon wearing off a Foreman grill either you got a bad one, or you have been cleaning it wrong or scratching it using metal not plastic. If you haven't done anything I'd call the company. If you have get a new one and treat it differently (only use teflon approved sponges with a cleaning side, only use plastic utensils made for cooking etc).
But please don't even think about doing this...you'll poison yourself!

No way! And don't dare continue to use it because that stuff tears up your insides. Next time, get the kind that you put in the dishwasher and they last better. Cleaning the cooking crud off is what makes the teflon come off. They are a wonderful invention though, aren't they. Good Luck and God Bless

You can buy it but I would recommend buying a new one instead - they are so cheap it's better economy to buy a new one anyway
