In meditation, I often receive Divine Guidance. Usually this 'message' is premised by a sense of serenity and bliss. The message itself is doubtlessly from God. So why the need to 'announce' a personal revelation with a good vibe?

Divine guidance is words . Words printed in the Bible and meditated on. Euphony happens, when meditating on scripture. Focus your thoughts on God's word revealed in the Bible. Your mind grows new thoughts from the seed of scripture.

I agree with you. If I have an important decision to make I know which one God wants me to take because I feel good about it. By the way, I am a contemplative.
Peace and every blessing!

One receives divine guidance by reading the Word.
Anything else is likely to mislead us.

Well, I would hope that the feeling would be from being in the prescence of God! Not just the guidance.

I would also hope that God would come in serenity. If God came to you in feelings of strife and anger - I would be worried.

Perhaps the sensation you get is to let you know it is truly from God.

I hate to break it to you but that guidance is all coming from inside your own brain. It might or might not be sound advice but it's certainly not "divine".

There is no need to announce anything. Go with the intuition or the psychic impression, whatever you wish to call it. Synchronicity is the answer to any prayer.
