You probably will enjoy it - How much will probably depend on the line and itinerary.
If you like hiking, Alaska is a great destination. There's some decent options for shopping and sightseeing as well. Alaska is a bit of an adventure travel destination, with all kinds of unique excursions from float plane trips, helicopter flightseeing and glacier trips, wild life spotting, and other activities..

Unfortunately, there may not be a lot of people your age on the ship. Alaskan cruises are notoriously full of older people because they cost so much more than regular cruises (plus most younger people would rather work on a tan!). Cruises are fun though no matter what. Most will have dancing at night and games in the day to keep you busy.
Once you're in Alaska, there is a lot to do if you're outdoorsy. We have great hiking and biking trails. The food is fantastic. Unfortunately you're underage, but the beer is some of the best in the US. Last time I checked Anchorage only had one underage club and it was really really shady so I'd stay away from that.
Mostly, Alaska is just beautiful. You're going to see one of the cleanest states in the US and the people are incredibly nice. The food is great (especially if you love seafood) and everything stays open late because of the daylight.

I think Alaska is great. Been twice by cruiseship and more on my own. Things to do - we took the White Pass Railroad in Skagway. It's a narrow gauge train giving a spectacular view worthly of any camera. The helicopter ride and landing on the glaciers is spectacular. Awesome to think how old the ice is. Dog sled (mushers) have a flight-seeing tour where you get to actually drive the sled! The totem Pole Park in Ketchikan is beautiful. Panning for gold was good but not enough to pay for anything. We sea-kayaked, too. That was the best. Saw Eagles nests. Sitka has a wonderful preserve. All of the cities are small with wonderful locals. The Red Dog Saloon is just what you'd expect. Lots of hikes, 4wd tours and salmon jumping out of the ocean trying to go up stream. The whales in Glacier Bay were awesome. So many we quit running from one side of the ship to the other. And the calving glacier ice sounds like thunder. It's pretty spectacular with a cup of hot chocolate and 2 or 3 layers of clothes. I'm going again. Enjoy yourself. Try everything.

If you like nature, open spaces, meeting people from all over the world, wildlife, trying new foods, fresh air, making new friends, learning new things etc.....................................................
You will love Alaska. If you prefer to stay home and not go outside then do not go.
On theses cruises they offer many things for all ages and at each port the shore excursions vary and are very interesting.
If you do not recieve the travel channel they have many specials on Alaska then check out some of the different sites.Just type in Alaska and go from there.

Cruising is always fun --- great food, great entertainment, great on-board activities, etc., etc. --- for all ages! There's swimming, dancing, sports, aerobics, shopping, beauty salons, movies, live shows (ala Las Vegas), etc., etc. You and your sis will surely have a wonderful time...you're bound to meet others in your age group. Think party!
If you are not keen on joining the land excursions, you don't have to...you can always stay on the ship and do whatever it is that you want to do. Did I mention they have a library too?
Have fun......and have a safe trip.
